The Connection Retreat – Oct 5-7

Unplug for a weekend and connect with what inspires you!

Immerse yourself in nature, human connection and quiet reflection. Discover presence, clarity and passion. Integrate your mind, body and spirit towards optimal wellness. The intimate setting of our retreat challenges you to find connections with the people and the environment around you.

Experience the weekend at a relaxed and social pace. There will be hiking, meditation, group discussions and other activities. Disconnect from your day to day life, and reconnect with yourself, others and nature. Leave the weekend feeling rested, energized and inspired.

Is this retreat right for me?

If you are looking for a weekend of adventure – filled with movement, good company, simplicity and the chance to disconnect from your daily routine – then, this retreat is for you. There will be a series of structured activities, time spent in nature, and some intentional free time.

The retreat will be facilitated by Emilia Sabatowska, who is a psychotherapist, meditation instructor and the founder of Whole Living Center.

Lodging Options

We will be staying at a beautiful house called The Red Barn that has views of Stratton Mountain. The house was featured in Progressive Architecture Magazine, when it was built. It was created around a framework of century-old posts and beams. The interior walls are pine and delineate spaces of interest and intrigue.

Most of the sleeping arrangements involve shared bedrooms (including bunk beds), with some private rooms available as well.

Food

There will be buffet style meals provided, and they are included in the price of the retreat. Most of the meals will be vegetarian. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring your own food as well.

*** To keep the retreat cost affordable, you may be asked to help out with meal prep and putting dishes away after meals. No cooking will be required of you, only help with setting up buffet style meals. We will all take turns, and it will be an opportunity to connect with your fellow retreat participants.

Cost for the whole weekend

$300 for a bed in a shared room
$400 for a private room (Sold out!)
