What services do you offer?

We provide individual outpatient psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and coaching. Occasionally, we also offer group psychotherapy and wellness seminars. We do not provide any inpatient or intensive outpatient services at this time.


Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do accept certain insurance plans for psychotherapy. These plans include: Always Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim/Optum and Tufts Health Direct. We are unable to bill insurance for coaching and hypnotherapy.


How do I schedule an appointment?

Some of our therapists choose to have their schedule posted online and you can feel free to schedule through our website at: . You can also contact any of the therapists directly, to inquire about availability. Please keep in mind that the therapists who are not listed on our scheduling page most likely do not have any availability. You can contact them and request to be placed on the waitlist.


Where are you located? 

Appointments take place at 1158 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, MA (Harvard Sq) as well as 843 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge (Central Sq.) Please check your confirmation email to make sure you come to the correct location. You will need a code to get into the building at our Harvard Sq location. When scheduling online, the code will be emailed to you with your appointment confirmation. If you schedule with a therapist directly, please make sure you obtain that code from them. Our Central Sq. location does not require a code to get in.


Are you accessible by public transportation?

Yes, our Harvard Sq location is within an easy, 8 minute walk from Harvard Sq subway station (red line). Bus #1 also stops near our building. Our Central Sq. location is within a 5 min walk from the Central Sq. subway station.


Is there parking available?

We do not have any assigned parking available, but there is metered parking right in front of our building and other streets nearby. You can also take advantage of the parking garages in Harvard Sq. and Central Sq.


What do I need to bring to the first appointment?

Please bring your co-payment (if applicable) and any relevant information related to your medical history.


What if I am not happy with my therapist?

Being able to establish a good relationship with your therapist is crucial to the success of your treatment. If the therapist you meet with is not a good match, please feel free to schedule with one of our other therapists or contact us at:
