What is Mindfulness Meditation?
Mindfulness is a state of active, open and non-judgemental attention to the present moment. It is a way of cultivating your mind, so you can gain more clarity and mastery over stress and difficult emotions.
Meditation has been shown to:

Our 8-week course is based on the widely researched Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR), developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, over 30 years ago. The MBSR program has been shown to be an effective tool for managing both emotional and physical health.
Flexible Online Format
This course is designed to work within your schedule. Each week, you will receive a set of home study materials, including guided meditations and other recordings, as well as readings and reflective exercises. You will also have access to email support from your instructor, to answer any questions you may have.
