As a mind-body oriented therapist and coach, I am passionate about working with clients who are ready to take steps towards long-lasting transformation. I work with adolescents, college students and adults who experience anxiety, depression, grief/loss, family conflict, relationship challenges, and struggle with feeling stuck or overwhelmed with life transitions. I offer mindfulness, yoga and self-care practices to help clients feel a deeper connection with themselves and experience a sense of greater well-being.
