WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. A few of our therapists are able to work with children and adolescents. In addition, we also offer group psychotherapy, as well as psychedelic education and integration. We do not have any inpatient or intensive outpatient services at this time. Please contact our therapists individually to inquire about their specialties and treatment approaches. Our practice manager can also assist you in finding the right provider; she can be reached at: firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes, we do accept certain insurance plans for psychotherapy. Most of our therapists are in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and some accept Tufts. We are unable to bill MassHealth or Medicare. Please check with your insurance to make sure your sessions will be covered. If you do not provide any insurance information before your first appointment, you will be billed at a self-pay rate. Email us to ask about which plans each therapist accepts. All our therapists also work with clients on a self-pay basis, and each therapist sets their own rates.
ARE YOU ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
Yes, our Central Square location is within a 6 min walk from the Central Square subway station (red line). Bus #1 also stops near our building.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We do not have any assigned parking available, but there is metered parking right in front of our buildings and other streets nearby. You can also take advantage of the parking garages in Central Square.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Please bring any relevant information related to your medical history. Also, we require that you complete the forms that your therapist sends you through our client portal. You must have an active credit card on file with us to see a therapist. Please contact email@example.com if you have any trouble accessing the forms.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY THERAPIST?
Being able to establish a good rapport with your therapist is crucial to your success in treatment. If the therapist you meet with is not a good match, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assist you.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Please note that mental health services are currently in high demand and that many of our therapists do not have immediate availability. You can contact us using the appointment request form and ask to be placed on our waitlist.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our office is located on the first floor of 843 Massachusetts Avenue in Central Square, Cambridge. Currently, most of our appointments take place via telehealth, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Some therapists have begun seeing patients in person in a limited capacity at our Central Square office.
