I work with adult individuals who experience anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, loss or trauma, low self esteem, exhaustion and other problematic symptoms. I support clients who are considering or engaging in polyamory and non-monogamous relationships. I also support clients who wish to process and integrate experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness.

We will work together to clarify goals, develop creative solutions, process your emotions, draw on your strengths, and celebrate your successes.
My practice blends approaches in Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Transpersonal Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize relaxation, meditation, guided imagery and expressive arts techniques. I integrate practices depending on the individual and presenting concerns. We will consider biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural qualities for a holistic perspective in the setting of your individual experiences.
