Using a patient-centered whole person approach, I provide a safe environment for you to learn about yourself and grow in. We will work in partnership to make connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, build on coping skills, and reach your goals.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in both individual and group settings.


My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with anxiety, trauma and loss, anger management, behavioral challenges, and learning disabilities. I use an interdisciplinary approach and use multiple modalities in my practice, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Walk and Talk Therapy. I believe everyone has the power to make the changes they seek and reach their goals; my job is to assist and guide you on that journey.
