I work collaboratively with individuals to facilitate self healing and personal growth. I approach clients with curiosity and compassion cultivating a safe environment to begin the process of self-exploration and awareness.

My treatment approach is eclectic; I draw on a variety of therapy methods, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and  Narrative Therapy. I work to tailor sessions and treatment to fit individual needs and goals. I see clients facing challenges with anxiety, depression, and anger as well as those navigating life stressors such a divorce, job loss, and other major life changes.
