I strive to help clients make connections between their emotions and behaviors while also exploring the context they come from. Everyone has individual unique histories, cultures, and family systems that play into their identity, perceptions and actions.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. I am also experienced in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression following a life crisis such as serious illness or bereavement.
