I place compassion, humility, creativity and groundedness at the center of my work with my clients. My therapeutic approach embraces a client-centered, relational, strength based, and mindfulness oriented lens, utilizing self care practices, coping skills, radical acceptance, CBT, existentialism, spirituality and expressive arts therapy, in an interactive way.
My experience encompasses working with young children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions.
