“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival” –The Guest House, Rumi

Various life circumstances can bring one to pursuing therapy as a means of support, exploration and growth. No matter your journey thus far or what brings you here, seeking help is not always easy. Your vulnerability is a strength.

I place compassion, humility, creativity and groundedness at the center of my work with my clients. My therapeutic approach embraces a client-centered, relational, strength based, and mindfulness oriented lens, utilizing self care practices, coping skills, radical acceptance, CBT, existentialism, spirituality and expressive arts therapy, in an interactive way.

My experience encompasses working with young children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions.

I look forward to harnessing your strengths together, and hope to provide you a safe space and soft landing to work collaboratively on your therapeutic goals. Whether this is a new or continued journey, I welcome the opportunity of supporting you in achieving a more aware, integrated, resilient, balanced, and healed sense of self.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Not accepting new clients.
